How should you use customer reviews?
Read comments about trips similar to yours. Look for details about punctual pickups, guide knowledge, changes and problem handling. An agency’s overall rating may include flight bookings and Umrah trips as well as Egypt holidays.
Read recent critical reviews too. Consider the issue, the company’s reply and whether the complaint concerns something important to your trip.
Who will look after you in Egypt?
